5 axis system

In the last 20 years CMM Lab invested most of its resources on the development of processing activities performed by 5-axis machining centres: they offer higher precision and make it possible to obtain superior geometries and finishes. All our machining centres are equipped with “zero-point” systems, for fast setting and considerable savings in set up costs.
Established partnerships with qualified and certified suppliers give CMM Lab a concrete reliability, such that we are not just suppliers, but true partners for our Clients.
Heat and surface treatments are carried out by internationally certified companies in order to provide the highest guarantee on the finished product.

Dimensional checks and production planning

In compliance with company procedures, dimensional checks are performed at the start, on raw materials, and at the end, on the finished product, by means of 3D measuring machines.
A platform accessible to all our clients, authenticated by credentials, is being prepared for tracking the processing and progress of individual jobs, to enable constant monitoring of the production flow.

3D development

The CMM Lab technical office can develop and encode all types of mathematical files supplied by customers, and transform them quickly into a CAM file, avoiding geometry errors and ensuring absolute reliability and quality.
CMM Lab has been an Open Mind partner for a long time: we have developed, in collaboration with the software house, new processing strategies in order to make our plants more efficient.
